Objective : |
Fifteen years ago I began managing multi-million dollar construction projects. I have consistently realized my objective of bringing every single project in on time and on budget. I have set myself apart by developing the discipline to look for both small and large scale opportunities to go beyond the expected day to day responsibilities. My professional creed includes: Push myself and coworkers beyond typical expectations. There is always room for improvement in any process or procedure. The ability to pull apart challenges into smaller comprehensive plans of action. Keeping the task at hand under control; not allowing it to determine your plan. Reaction management can be avoided by implementing a clear concise plan of action; holding yourself and others accountable for following through with obligation. When allowed, question the standard way of doing things. There is always more than one way to solve a problem, and a more profitable solution is waiting to be discovered. I enjoy guiding, motivating, training and mentoring those I work with. I find great pleasure getting employees promoted to better positions and more responsibility. Never compromise on my integrity and values as well as upholding company core values or mission when completing a project. Based on my experience and strong commitment to my craft, I know I will add significant value to your team. I look forward to discussing my capabilities in more detail, and am available for a personal interview at your convenience. |
