Sundrop Fuels

Layfette, Co.  

Project Manager- New Fuel Research and Development Facility. The project includes high, medium voltage power, generator, with power management system, communication, site and building lighting and power and special low voltage systems applications.

Wyoming Game and Fish

Cheyenne, Wyo. FCI Constructors

Project Manager- New and remodel the existing Wyo. Game and Fish Bldg. The project included medium voltage power, multiple generators with power management system, communication, site and building lighting and power and special low voltage systems applications.

Milwaukee Depot Renovation  

Minneapolis, Mn. Parsons Electric

General Foreman - New Marriott -four hotels, Water Park, and Olympic Skating rink with 2 levels of underground parking. This was built on three city blocks of downtown Minneapolis. Complete Siemens Solution with Audio Visual applications,

Voice Data and PBX solutions. 

Minnesota State Capitol- Alarmex Corporation

Foreman - This was a complete retro-fit and new installation of the security and CCTV applications for Capitol Security that included all the adjacent State support buildings and parking lots. Pelco, Vicon, Panasonic, Environmental Housing, Security upgrade Kalatel, Ademco, and Caddi-Cadex.

Ramsey County Courthouse

St. Paul, Mn. Barnard Communications/ Kraus Anderson Construction

Foreman -This project included a complete security solution for all the courtrooms holding cell and private offices. Northern Computers Card Access, and Panasonic CCTV application. I also held County Employee Training Classes.

Target Distribution Center and Stores / Checkpoint Systems

Regional Manager Radionics Security, Checkpoint Camera application and POS systems. New installations on a National Account contract with Target Corporate. Coordination of all national contracts, service and installations in the Northeast region of the US.

Pillsbury Corporate Bldg. Palmer Electric/Johnson Controls

Foreman - This was a complete retro-fit and new installation of the security and CCTV and Card Access applications for a 40  story Bldg. Downtown Minneapolis, that included all underground  parking lots. Pelco, and Checkpoint card access Security upgrade from the old Honeywell system.
