PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AMI HOSPITALITY INC and PEREGRINE INSTALLATION CO. Las Vegas, NV 2007 2010 AMI Hospitality Inc specializes in the design and supply of millwork, casework, interior glass, doors, frames and hardware for the hospitality and federal government sectors. Peregrine Installation Co installed the product supplied by AMI Hospitality Inc. Senior Project Manager In November 2009 promoted to Senior Project Manager with responsibility for all company wide operations in the United States. Reported directly to the President of the company and held full profit and loss accountability for all contracts. In this position, I accomplished the following: Consolidated the companys operations by combining the estimating and project management teams into a single operations group. This eliminated departmental barriers, improved communication, reduced direct overhead and resulted in efficiencies Developed and implemented Standard Operational Procedures for the Estimating, Project Management and Field Teams Implemented monthly project meetings with all Project Managers to review the status of each project, to manage billings and cash flow requirements and to manage risk on behalf of the company In April 2009 assigned to lead the AMI and Peregrines Project team and its $30 million portfolio of contracts at the MGM City Center Project.
