To whom it may concern, My name is Roy Porter. I am currently seeking employment in your firm as a supervisor or manager. I am currently a supervisor for a prominent custom home builder in the Fox Valley area. I am in charge of all trades from land engineering, concrete, framing, etc to the turn key to the homeowner. Scheduling and meeting deadlines are a just a few more areas that I have experience. I can easily handle multiple homes at one time. Along with town homes, I am running 25 homes this last spring. I am also in charge of upkeep and maintenance of multi-family dwellings including grounds keeping, renovations for approximately 55 units. I have extensive remodeling experience as well. I am capable of running multiple kitchen,baths and room additions and maintaining customer satisfaction. I also have fire and water restoration experience. My salary requirements are negotiable based on job duties and benefits. My main background is carpentry which I have over 27 years experience. I have full knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings of home elevations, and a very through knowledge of layout and blueprint readings. I have full knowledge of the trades involved in the home building industry and can meet all local codes and complete homes on a timely manner. I have recently completed the IECC training courses and am well versed in the codes. I feel with my background and expertise I would be an asset to your company and help achieve goals and objectives.
