 EXPERIENCE                      


Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance, Bellevue Baptist Church TN  (2008-Present).  Responsible for supervising the maintenance of Bellevue Baptist Church, Bellevue Woods Apartments (237 Retirement Apartments), and other off campus facilities. Daily schedule setting for preventative maintenance programs, repair orders, renovation projects, and special projects. Maintain and monitor multiple accounts for department expenses and project budgets. Estimate building projects including labor, materials, and time schedules. Work directly with vendors and sub-contractors on projects, providing support and direction. Coordinate manpower of construction, carpentry, and finish work to maximize efficiency and quality. Monitor and maintain the fire suppression and warning system. Maintain the national and local required licenses, inspections, and maintenance on 13 elevators, fire alarm system, and fire suppression system. Inventory control of materials for both regular maintenance and projects. Provide a resource of information for the staff regarding products, repairs, construction, fabrication, techniques and cost estimate. Provide a safe, positive, motivated, fulfilling, learning, challenging, and team focused environment for all employees.


 Duplication and Distribution Center Manager Bellevue Baptist Church, Memphis, TN (1996-2008). Responsible for establishing and maintaining Postal knowledge that provides efficient and cost effective means of mailing materials and information. Manage Duplication and Distribution Center staff. Manage postage budgets for mailings and process all mail deliveries to/from the Post Office.  Manage and maintain inventories of all current and archived publications.


 Telephone Sales Account Manager. The Berry Company / BellSouth, Memphis, TN (1993-1996). Development and sales of both Yellow and White Pages ads. Sales Leader for multiple canvasses, along with self management of 2,000 or more accounts for timely closing and proof deadlines.
