Current knowledge of state & federal applicable building codes including ADA & T-24 compliance. Detail oriented implementing the highest standards to ensure layout spaces are to optimum use. Contract documentation, engineering coordination, multi-building construction type knowledge. Responsible for establishing repeat services with key clients through trust and product delivery. Added value with abilities to communicate in both English and Spanish proficiently and clearly.
