D. FORRESTER Qualifications: MECHANICAL or PRECISION MILLWRIGHT and CARPENTER. Five years experience as a millwright, and ten additional years in construction. Performed assembly/disassembly, layout and installation of injection molding machines, robotic cells, conveyor systems, gravity separation systems, mills, water, hydraulic, and electrical supply. Performed metal fabrication and modification as required, also performed carpentry, masonry work, pipe fitting, and structural assembly. Work involved operation of forklifts, tuggers, cranes, lifts, etc., cutting torch, welding equipment, hand tools, transits, calipers, levels, micrometers, transits, lasers (including laser alignment systems), plus various power and other calibration tools. Primarily mechanical and precision millwrighting with some iron work and smithing experience. Service background includes avionics and aviation, plus restoration of several vintage aircraft. I can read blueprints, comfortable with computers/advance technology, and have some design experience. |
