Completed comprehensive project turnaround on troubled condominium project with no completed units and poor quality construction; orchestrated completion of 16 units by end of August 2005 with high quality workmanship.
Simultaneously manage all scheduling and subcontractor coordination activities for 22 5,000-square foot luxury homes, each valued at $2 million.
Ensure impeccable quality on all interior finish items, including level 5 drywall finishing and painting.
